What is your quoted currency? Our products are all priced in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are shopping internationally, your prices will be adjusted into your local currency.

Where do you ship from? Our tennis rackets are shipped from Canberra, Australia. All of our clothing and accessories items are shipped from the USA. 

How long does production take? Tennis rackets are already on hand - no production time needed.

We produce each clothing and accessories product on demand and this takes up to 7 days but often quicker.

How long does delivery take? Generally 5 days for tennis rackets within Australia.

Generally up to 10 days from the USA but may differ depending on the season and your country/location.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do ship internationally. 

Why does international shipping cost so much? Our tennis rackets are shipped from Australia and our Australian customers receive the cheapest rate.

For clothing and accessories, our shipping costs are calculated from factories in the USA. North American customers receive the cheapest rate.

Why have I received more than one package? Some of our products take longer to manufacture than others so we send out what we can when it is manufactured. Some of our products are delivered from warehouses in different locations. For these reasons, sometimes you may receive more than 1 package even though you only placed one order. 

Why is shipping so expensive for small orders? Shipping is more expensive for orders under $150. This is because we ship from various warehouses but only charge you once for shipping to keep the cost down for our customers. This discount flows through on orders over $150.

What quality are your tennis rackets? Our tennis rackets are designed in AUSTRALIA and manufactured in China. Our rackets are tested after production and before shipment by an independent third party agency. Only those rackets that pass the testing phase are shipped to Australia.

Are your products available at any other store? Our products are sold EXCLUSIVELY through this website. Our products are not sold anywhere else or by anyone else.
